All prices on this website are in Australian dollars.
Sellers are responsible for the material they list on this site. Emu Auctions will scrutinise each item placed on our auction site and reserve the right to immediately end any auction we consider to be misleading or in any way fraudulent, such as counterfeit or overgraded items. Listing date-altered fantasy pieces, even if stated to be such, is a violation of Emu Auctions rules.
We reserve the right to immediately end any auction whose description and/or title contains multiple misspellings or poor grammar.
The buyer and seller involved are responsible for completing all transactions they participate in.
All items being sold must have a money back guarantee.

Membership

Membership of our website is open to those willing to abide by our rules. We do not permit minors under the age of 18 and we reserve the right to immediately terminate without notice the membership of anyone we feel has violated our general terms and conditions.

Conduct

You are fully and solely responsible for your actions on this website and must ensure that your participation in selling or buying of merchandise does not violate any state or national laws or any of the regulations set forth in our general terms and conditions.
Unlawful harassment, threats, vulgar language, obscenity and any other objective material will not be tolerated and could lead to suspension.

Sellers and buyers are asked to provide personal information upon sign up for our services including full name, address, telephone number and email address. Membership is free.
